![]() It’s entirely up to you what to add to the toolbar. To remove a command from the Quick Access toolbar, select the command and choose the Remove button. To move a command, select it from the list on the right and then click the up or down buttons to re‑position.Your selections will display in the listing to the right which shows you your current Word Quick Access Toolbar. Highlight the command icon and then select the Add button.At the left-side column, pick from commands in grouping such as Popular Commands (such as Save As), All Commands (including Close File, Close All), and commands specific to each tab. Pick this option when you want to change the location of your toolbar icons or add options that aren’t displayed on the Ribbon. Just right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar and choose (left-click) the Customize Quick Access Toolbar option from the shortcut menu. ![]()
